Jackie Ormes
Jackie Ormes was a pioneer of her time. She drew comics in the 30′s, 40′s and 50′s and from her beautiful art work, to her social calendar this woman was the epitome of style, grace, and awesome comics. She drew such characters such as Torchy Brown, Candy, Patty-Jo, and Ginger who all super hip and very stylish. Her paper dolls no doubt inspired many designers of her day and the future.
