WHAT IS YOUR ALTER EGO?
I wouldn’t say I have an “alter ego “ per se.
For me, it’s not so much about an “alter ego” as it is about exploring the many sides of my personality and ways of expressing me. Manipulating gender through the power of clothes was one of the biggest breakthroughs in knowing who I am. I enjoy mixing street style elements with more feminine pieces creating a look that feels powerful and mysteriously attractive which is fascinating to me. I like feeling feminine and masculine at the same time.
WHERE DO YOU GO?
You can catch me at a Susanne Bartch’s party looking cunt or dancing to some dembow at a Fight Club rave, there’s really no in between.
WHAT IS LOVE?
Love is energy, a chemical reaction that happens in the brain.
There are many types of love regardless of it love is a choice you make. It’s the choice to forgive and be patient. To accept another person as they are but most all accepting yourself as you are. Love gives us happiness and hope. We all want to find love so we know everything will be okay.
WHAT DOES FASHION MEAN FOR YOU?
Besides the fashion industry itself being completely frivolous, I am more invested in style than fashion. Fashion for mean it more of like a shield that you use to combat everyday life. Fashion to me says, “I don’t mess with you, you don’t mess with me.” It’s a tool to assert our own individuality and express our unique identities, it’s powerful.
WHAT ARE YOU DREAMING ABOUT?
I am dreaming about far away galaxies and cosmos. Re-discovering the world through the eyes of a child, curious and excited. I am dreaming about freeing myself of any structured limitations, achieving and creating more around me. I dream of love and compassion, hope and bliss.
