The above photo pretty much sums up the show for me. Male models walking down a runway in ruggedly sexy clothes, all bundled up, and ready to roll, can’t get much better. The Perry Ellis Fall 2011 show was full of just that; rugged cabin inspired cable knits, wool hats, riding jackets and thick wool socks. It exactly how you would want the boy of your dreams to dress in cold weather. The set was very stark and the music was gentle. Everything about the show was super calming which was a rare fashion experience for me. I went with our lovely Fashion Editor Quentin Fears, who was also blogging about the event for Mint Box, a sleek e -commerce site that has great membership benefits. He looked adorable as always, and he took as many photos of people as they took of him.
