We sent our New York photo editor Spencer to check out Lolawolf‘s set at Rough Trade in Brooklyn this past Wednesday night. The band, fronted by singer-songwriter Zoë Kravitz (daughter of rock-god Lenny and model/actress Lisa Bonet) and comprised of musicians James Levy and Jimmy Giannopoulos, serenaded the crowd of holiday-jaded New Yorkers to a set brimming with electrified indie-pop and smooth, hazy electro-R&B.
