Eyeliner is the most important cosmetic in the history of beauty, I mean, Egyptians used it obsessively. And, as great as a pencil can be there are things only liquid eyeliner can accomplish.
For the broke girls out there one of the best liners on the shelves is Wet ‘N’ Wild Mega Liner Liquid Eyeliner. No need for the bougie stuff because this does the trick. Stop by Rite Aid, ignore the wall of Covergirl goods and the seductive lashes of Rimmel’s spokesmodel Kate Moss and find the Wet ‘N’ Wild display. The company’s mega liquid liner comes in black, turquoise and purple in little sleek tubes. The applicator is, hands down, one of the easiest to use. It fit comfortably between my perpetually sweaty fingers and was very easy to control.
Oh, and this stuff lasts forever. It dries almost immediately once it’s applied and does not come off. I’ve made a few mistakes when applying it and tried wiping it away, but even when it smudged it didn’t come off. When you’re ready to remove it the liner just kind of flakes off. As I write this I still have little spots of eyeliner stuck to my lids even though I washed my face last night and this morning.
The purple and turquoise are great for any skin tone. Both colors showed up vividly on my caramel colored skin as well as my friend chocolate lids. There are other shades available as well (blue, brown) but the drugstores I’ve visited don’t carry them. All in all I’d give Wet ‘N’ Wild Mega Liner Liquid Eyeliner 4.5 out of 5 stars. I’m just a little upset that this stuff hasn’t come off yet.
