The multi-hyphenated singer-songwriter/actress / incredible SOKO has done it again by enticing us with her emotional intimacies. As one of our no. 20 stars, SOKO emulates we amplify the theme for this issue by never backing down and always being her most raw self. Her newest song, “Hurt Me With Your Ego,” showcases the star’s sultry tone, and the video cement this idea of intimacy by filming a live performance.

“I took a little trip to my friend’s hotel: Aguas Claras in Costa Rica when I was pregnant,” SOKO tells LADYGUNN. “And we filmed this during a big jungle rainstorm. I hadn’t been singing live for people in 2 years and was super nervous. The whole experience was very electric and sweet.”
