Sally Spitz’s latest single and video, “Ur So Nice”, is a glitched-out slow jam that embraces the confidence and insecurity faced when meeting a potential lover. The video, directed by Cory Nixon, best known for his angsty dream world for George Clanton: Dumb (2018) and his Lynchian spin on Bring It On for Negative Gemini: You Weren’t There Anymore (2019), features choreography by Berlin-based, post-modern dancer Shade Théret. Sally describes the song as,
“Pining for what you don’t have, but still trying to say, ‘I’m good on my own.’”
