Victor Bellaish of Maison Bellaish is a former designer for Roberto Cavalli. His work is feminine and romantic with hints of the Art Nouveau style of early Paris. One can only image what it would be like to be kissed under the Eifel Tower wearing one of his gorgeous free flowing dresses. The label’s first venture in the U.S resides in the Meatpacking District. The space is located on Little West 12th near Tory Burch and is as beautiful as you can image a shop that housed amazing dresses would be.
Looking radiant in Victor Bellaish couture, “Undoubtedly jazz-gem”, (Audra.com); Israeli-born pianist and composer Shimrit Shoshan began playing the organ and flute when she was just eight years old. Far from Israel, Shoshan is now based in New York City, where she has just released her new album, KEEP IT MOVIN’ to raving reviews.
Since 2002, Shoshan has already shared the bandstand with notable jazz icons including: Charli Persip, Billy Hart, Billy K, Abraham Burton, Nasheet Waits, Ben Street, John Hebert and Eric McPherson.
