Brooklyn based Alice and The Glass Lake has unveiled the video for the single “Coming Down” off her debut EP, The Evolution. The video, directed by New York video and installation artist Ida Rodriguez Joglar, is a trippy nature inspired fête sure to leave you inspired. Shot at Lake George in the Adirondack Mountains it’s a breathtaking video to accompany a song that will make your heart sing, your feet tap and your hands clap. Maybe all in that order.
Joglar says, “Alice has such a strong sense of identity and a voice all her own which I really respond to and enjoy building on when creating a visual narrative for the music. The ‘Coming Down’ video is inspired by her own creative process, so we went out in the woods, by beautiful Lake George, which was a lot of fun. We also chose to incorporate some of the graphical elements I had created for the ‘Higher’ music video so that it feels like a continuation of a bigger story.”
