Ladygunn is premiering a brand new song from Aussie singer/songwriter Ziggy Alberts called âIntentions (22)â with a charisma that gives us Dennis Lloyd/Jack Johnson vibes. Last yearâs Laps Around the Sun LP feels like a laid-back summer dream. Alberts is always striving to explore more though. âAs opposed to sticking to one genre and limiting myself, I’m trying to explore new directions,â the singer says. This latest single explores the more folk/rap side of him.
His video for âIntentions (22)â, directed by Clint Gough, is in a black and white motif, that strips the singer down to an emotional state, as he sings to the camera about how he held down a relationship while on tour. Check out the premiere below.
